1. Acceptance
By using the Bell2go public website, forms, assistant, or product previews, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Statement. If you do not agree, do not use those features.
2. Prototype and pilot status
Bell2go currently presents proposed capabilities and pilot targets. Screens, queue positions, school names, students, vehicles, routes, analytics, and messages shown in previews are fictional and deterministic. A production school service requires separate written terms, school authorization, configuration, testing, and operational approval. Published outcome targets are not guarantees.
3. School authority and emergencies
Follow the school’s posted traffic plan and staff instructions at all times. AI suggestions, location signals, notifications, plate observations, QR codes, and app identity are never by themselves authority to release a student. Authorized school staff make the release decision. Bell2go’s public website and assistant cannot verify identity, modify a trip, locate a child, or handle emergencies. Contact the school through its official channel or emergency services when appropriate.
4. Accounts and access
Each parent, guardian, or authorized delegate must use an individual account and accurate contact information. Do not share a password, MFA code, session, or pickup credential. Self-registration does not create a student relationship; the school must approve it. You are responsible for protecting your device and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access through the school’s official process.
5. Acceptable use
You may not probe or disrupt the service, bypass access controls, impersonate another person, scrape personal data, submit malicious files or code, automate abusive requests, use the service to track a person without authorization, or submit unlawful or harmful content. Public forms and chat must not contain student or active pickup information.
6. Website content and feedback
Bell2go materials, branding, code, and presentation are protected by applicable rights. You may use the public site for evaluation and ordinary personal or school review, but may not misrepresent, resell, or remove notices from the materials. If you voluntarily send product feedback, you allow Bell2go to use it to improve the project without including confidential or student information.
7. Availability and disclaimers
The public site and previews are provided on an “as available” basis. They may change, pause, or contain errors. To the extent allowed by applicable law, no warranty is made that a prototype is uninterrupted, complete, or fit for a school’s operational use. These terms do not limit rights that cannot legally be limited. Production contract terms, service levels, governing law, and school-specific commitments will be addressed in a separate signed agreement.
8. Contact
Use Contact Us for a terms question or Support for product help. Do not submit student or active pickup information.
